Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring comfort and safety for each client
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with health regulations
• Educate clients on aftercare routines to prolong the longevity of their extensions
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as square app, ensuring efficient flow of clients.
• Willing to learn other service such as head spa.
• Promote the salon’s services through social media management and client referrals to build a loyal customer base.

Qualifications

• Valid GA cosmetology or esthetician license with eyelash extension training and minimum of 1 year experience. Will train more if needed.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients
• Experience with other beauty services such as facial or body waxing is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
