Duties

• Perform precise eyelash extension applications tailored to each client’s eye shape and desired look
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations
• Educate clients on aftercare routines to ensure longevity and optimal lash health
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for seamless client flow
• Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty treatments through effective upselling techniques
• Engage with clients via social media management to showcase work, attract new clients, and build lasting relationships

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with eyelash extension training completed
• Proven experience in eyelash extension application with a strong portfolio of work
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon or spa environment
• Excellent communication skills to provide exceptional guest services and consultations
• Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred
• Additional skills in makeup application, hair styling, body waxing, or nail care are a plus but not required
