Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions , ensuring client satisfaction with the final look.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice on eyelash care and maintenance.
• Upsell additional services or products that enhance the client's experience and results.
• Manage client appointments effectively, ensuring timely service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills

• Proficient in applying eyelash extensions, including classic, volume, mega volume styles.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain an orderly workspace.
