Eyelash Extension Technician / Stylist

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Licensed Eyelash Specialist to join our vibrant team at The Lash Lounge West Bloomfield – Boardwalk. In this exciting role, you will provide expert eyelash extension services, along with a variety of other cosmetic treatments, to enhance our clients’ natural beauty. This position offers a vibrant environment where creativity, professionalism, and excellent customer service come together to create a memorable experience for every guest.

Duties

• Apply classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions with precision and artistry.
• Provide complementary services such as lash lifts, lash tints, brow threading and other services to enhance overall guest satisfaction
• Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable cosmetic solutions
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety
• Upsell retail products such as lash care kits, skincare items, and makeup to support clients’ beauty routines
• Engage actively with clients through social media management and guest services to build lasting relationships and promote services

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of eyelash extension techniques and application best practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience in sanitation protocols specific to esthetician or cosmetology practices
• Required cosmetology or esthetician licensing
• Knowledge of social media management for marketing services and engaging with clients online
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
