Eyelash Extension Technician/Esthetician

Lash Method is Utah’s premier lash extension studio. Located in Salt Lake City, Lash Method strives to provide exceptional customer service and create a unique and brilliant look for every client who walks through our doors. Our staff of highly trained lash artists takes pride in creating beautiful lashes that help others express themselves through the beauty of their eyes.

Successful Eyelash Extension Technician candidates will share our passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating an amazing salon experience. Candidates should possess a friendly disposition and be comfortable working independently and communicating with clients.

What You’ll Do:
● Provide exceptional customer service to a wide variety of clients
● Build positive rapport with clients using excellent verbal and written communication
● Become proficient in classic, volume, and hybrid lash applications
● Install, fill, and remove lash sets as required
● Proficiently perform additional services including lash tinting and lash lifts
● Accurately educate clients on lash application process and aftercare
● Address client questions in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
● Independently operate online scheduling software to ensure clients are accurately scheduled
● Collect client payment using payment software
● Assist with other salon duties as necessary

Who You Are:

● Holds a valid Utah Esthetics or Cosmetology license (Required)
● Has at least one (1) year of eyelash extension experience (Required)
● Motivated and self-starter attitude
● Enthusiastic and upbeat personality
● Enjoys interacting with and serving a diverse group of individuals
● Ability to work both independently and within a team
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Passionate about helping others look AMAZING!

Benefits:

● Flexible schedule (minimum of 20 hours per week)
● Generous compensation structure

Requirements:

● Valid Utah Esthetics or Cosmetology license
● One (1) year of experience
● Participate in a hands-on interview which requires the completion of a full set of classic lash extensions done on a model
● Available to work on Saturday or Sunday
