Eyelash Technician/ Brow Artist

We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash/Brow Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension and brow services to our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your expertise in beauty treatments will help enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. *Responsibilities*

- Perform eyelash extension applications and brow shaping services with precision and care, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate eyelash and brow styles

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use.

- Educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions, brow services and other related beauty treatments.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and brow services.

- Assist with retail sales of beauty products related to eyelash/ brow care and maintenance.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

*Qualifications*

- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license is preferred.

- Experience in eyelash extensions or brow related beauty services is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of additional skills such as tinting, lamination, waxing, hair threading, makeup application, facials, or esthetic laser treatment is a plus.

- Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is beneficial.

- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
