Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality eyelash extension services (classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume).
• Conduct client consultations to assess suitability and provide expert recommendations.

• Perform lash removal, refills, and aftercare instructions professionally.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-ups.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in lash artistry.
• Ensure compliance with salon policies, hygiene standards, and UAE regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Eyelash Technician in the UAE.
• Certification or formal training in eyelash extension application.
• Strong knowledge of lash types, eye shapes, and styling techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, patience, and precision.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Currently residing in the UAE with valid employment eligibility.
