Duties

• Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction on eyelash extension application, including classic, volume, and hybrid techniques.
• Develop detailed lesson plans that incorporate theory, practical skills, safety protocols, and client consultation procedures.
• Demonstrate proper use of tools and products for eyelash extensions, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Provide personalized feedback to students to enhance their technical proficiency and professional growth.
• Incorporate knowledge of anatomy, trigger point therapy, esthetic laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures into curriculum where relevant.
• Guide students through hands-on practice sessions, ensuring mastery of application techniques such as eyelash isolation, adhesive handling, and finishing touches.
• Stay current with industry trends in eyelash extensions
• Assist in evaluating student progress through assessments and practical examinations to ensure readiness for certification or licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in eyelash extension application with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy relevant to eyelash extension procedures and aesthetic treatments.
• Experience teaching or training adults in eyelash extension application minim of TWO YEARS .
• Familiarity with classroom management and lesson planning for adult learners.
• Skills in additional beauty services including hair extensions, hair coloring, hair threading, facials, makeup application, body waxing, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, nail care, and aesthetic laser treatments are highly desirable.
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
