Eyelashes Artist

An eyelash technician, or lash artist, specializes in enhancing clients' natural lashes by applying semi-permanent, individual, or volume extensions. Responsibilities include performing consultations, sanitizing equipment, providing aftercare education, and executing various styling techniques (classic, volume, hybrid) to meet client desires while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Application & Styling: Apply, refill, and remove eyelash extensions using precise techniques (classic, hybrid, volume).
• Consultation: Assess client needs, natural lash health, and eye shape to recommend suitable styles, lengths, and colors.
• Sanitation: Sterilize tools, maintain a clean workstation, and follow health regulations (e.g., sterilization of tweezers, cleaning eye area).
• Aftercare Education: Educate clients on proper maintenance to ensure longevity of lashes.
• Customer Service: Build client rapport, manage bookings, and handle payments.
• Service Expansion: Provide additional services such as lash lifts, tints, or brow services.
