Job Title: Eye Wear Consultant– Retail Eyewear
Location: Lenstrack, Noida
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 CTC per month
Education: Graduate (mandatory)

Job Description:
Lenstrack is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail eyewear store in Noida. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their vision needs, recommending suitable eyewear products, and ensuring excellent in-store service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and sunglasses.
• Provide product knowledge and guide customers in making informed choices.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain store display, stock, and cleanliness as per brand standards.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and basic reporting.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear, will be an advantage.
• Presentable, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
