Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where all children feel valued
• Support children s development across all areas of learning, including communication, language, physical, personal, social, and emotional development
• Use observations and assessments to monitor progress and inform next steps
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach across the Early Years team
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives
• Maintain strong, open communication with parents and carers
