Job Description: EYP Teacher (Female Preferred)

Position: Early Years Programme Teacher
Experience: 0–10 years (Freshers with training accepted)

Role Overview

The EYP Teacher will be responsible for nurturing, engaging, and teaching young learners in the early years age group. She will create a safe, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment that supports holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observe, record, and report children’s progress.
• Engage children through storytelling, play-based learning, and experiential activities.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding child development.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and classroom discipline at all times.

• Creativity in planning learning activities.
• Classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital tools).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or related fields).
• Montessori / ECCE / NTT certification preferred.
• Prior experience teaching young children is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
