Job Summary

Paradigm Max Q is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented F-35 Supply Chain Management Analyst to support F-35 sustainment and readiness objectives across the global enterprise. This role focuses on analyzing, managing, and improving supply chain performance for F-35 air vehicle components, spares, and support equipment.

The analyst will work closely with government program offices, OEMs, and sustainment stakeholders to identify supply chain constraints, forecast material requirements, mitigate shortages, and support corrective action planning to improve aircraft availability and mission readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze F-35 supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, and constraints impacting aircraft availability and sustainment outcomes.

Support demand forecasting, spares planning, and material requirements analysis across F-35 air vehicle systems and components.

Identify supply chain degraders including part shortages, production delays, transportation constraints, and repair cycle inefficiencies.

Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and develop data-driven mitigation strategies.

Support development and execution of corrective action plans in coordination with government, OEM, and sustainment partners.

Perform Line of Balance (LOB), inventory health, and throughput analyses to assess supply chain execution.

Evaluate OEM production capacity, vendor performance, and logistics pipelines to identify recovery opportunities.

Develop briefings, dashboards, and analytical products to communicate supply chain status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Support integration of supply chain data into sustainment tools and workflows (e.g., issue tracking, degrader management, analytics platforms).

Deliverables

Supply chain analysis reports and assessments

Demand forecasts and material availability analyses

Corrective action plans and recovery strategy documentation

Monthly status reports and leadership briefings

Ad hoc analytical products supporting government decision-making

Education

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field (required)

Master's degree (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in defense supply chain management, aviation logistics, or sustainment support

Experience supporting complex DoD weapon systems or aviation programs

Prior F-35 program experience (highly desirable)

Technical & Analytical Skills

Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics planning

Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps

Experience with demand planning, spares optimization, and sustainment metrics

Understanding of government logistics processes and OEM sustainment models

Software & Tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

Experience with ERP systems, logistics databases, or sustainment analytics tools (preferred)

Familiarity with workflow management or issue-tracking tools (preferred)

Certifications (Preferred)

DAU Life Cycle Logistics Certification

APICS / ASCM (CPIM, CSCP)

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance (required for system access and facility entry)

Soft Skills & Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate across government, industry, and cross-functional teams

High attention to detail with strong analytical judgment

Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Travel

Periodic travel required to support government meetings, site visits, and program reviews
