F & B Cashier

FUN and SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE are at the heart of the Casino @ Dania Beach. Working at our casino is about providing the best service and being a great team player! Join as a Cashier in our Food & Beverage Team and be part of the fun and excitement.

What you will be doing

Greets guests in a warm and friendly manner
Processes payments, handles all cash and credit transactions.
Greet guests and patrons personally and on the telephone, welcome guest in a professional manor.
Keep workstation clean and neat at all times, maintain an opening and closing check list.
Takes customer orders and cashes customers out.
Multi-tasks several orders at once.
Assists team members when not busy.
Answers general customer inquiries as needed.
All other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position

High School Diploma preferred.
2+ years of previous experience working as a Cashier preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong cash handling experience.
Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
Must regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be flexible to work required department hours.
Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
