Assist Management in developing and implementing core business and marketing plans & develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize restaurant revenues.
· Train new employees to work in different positions at the restaurant.
· Make sure that all staff members comply with all fire, safety, health regulations, safe food handling procedures, work schedules, and work duties on a constant basis.
· Engage customers in positive dialogue to ensure return business and take and resolve any complaints from them.
· Perform restaurant opening and closing activities and organize management of repair and maintenance issues.
· Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed and ensuring that there is minimum wastage of inventories.
· Monitoring activities of every Receptionist/Supervisor such as check in, check out and money exchange. Coordinates the work of all subordinates to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance to HAUS standards.
· Ensuring floor staff grooming maintained in compliance with Haus standards.
· Organize and coordinate with Front Office Management all arrivals and departures of guests, VIP's, groups, billing, and any additional information requested.
· Cover any FOH position as & when needed (including but not limited to Hosting/ Serving/ Running/ Bakery attendance / bartending….)
· Report all operational details to the restaurant manager.
· Help the restaurant manager with the team schedules.
· Doing the team daily briefing when being in charge of the shift, organizing staff breaks
· Help the restaurant manager preparing all needed paperwork related to HR and finance reports.
· Following up on any refunds due for guests
