Job Title: Coffee Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency within the coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day coffee shop operations.
  • Supervise and train baristas and service staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
  • Handle cash management, sales reporting, and daily transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
  • Support marketing activities and sales growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Coffee Shop Manager or Café Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and customer handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospitality or Food & Beverage background preferred.
  • Experience in international coffee chains or premium cafés is an advantage.

Location : Al Khobar - Saudi Arab (Onsite Job)

Employment Type : Full Time Permanent

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
