Stock Controller – Restaurant (Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing daily F&B inventory, receiving and inspecting deliveries, conducting regular stock counts, tracking expiries (FIFO), coordinating with kitchen and purchasing teams, and ensuring proper storage and food safety compliance.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of F&B or hospitality stock control experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and food safety practices
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory software)
• Preferred nationality: Arab (Male)
• Must be currently in the UAE
• Salary (Negotiable)
• Availability : Can join immediately is a PLUS.
