F e m a l e Homecare Nurse - Abu Dhabi City

Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and create tailored care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and provide wound care
• Support diagnostic tests and medical procedures
• Educate patients and families on treatment and medication use
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for quality care
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide emotional support and foster patient trust

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:

• Empathy and patience
• Clinical competence in home care procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with electronic health records
