Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and formulate individualized care plans tailored to specific medical needs.
• Administer medications, track vital signs, and perform wound management with utmost precision to ensure safety and clinical accuracy.
• Support physicians during diagnostic procedures and medical treatments, maintaining high standards of care and coordination.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, recovery expectations, and medication safety.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that enhances trust, comfort, and overall well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:
