Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s medical needs.
• Administer medications, track vital signs, and manage wound care with accuracy to ensure patient safety and clinical compliance.
• Support physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments while maintaining strong teamwork and care standards.
• Provide patients and their families with clear guidance on treatment plans, recovery steps, and proper medication usage.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and achieve high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical activities with precision, adhering to healthcare policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that builds trust and supports overall well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:
