Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans based on individual medical needs.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound care with accuracy to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments while maintaining strong teamwork and care standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and correct medication usage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and deliver high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Accurately document all patient care activities in line with healthcare policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care that fosters trust and supports overall well-being

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:

• Familiarity with electronic health records
