Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments and design individualized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care
• Assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures
• Educate patients and families on treatment, disease management, and medication use
• Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and clinical activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and reassurance to patients and families

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
