Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Façade Designer to join our team in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for developing façade design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that all façade solutions meet aesthetic, structural, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare façade design drawings, shop drawings, and detailed 2D/3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
• Develop innovative façade concepts in line with client requirements, architectural intent, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to finalize façade details.
• Ensure façade designs comply with international standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
• Select suitable façade materials (aluminum, glass, cladding, stone, etc.) and prepare technical submissions.
• Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and provide practical solutions for constructability.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQs, and technical proposals for façade works.
• Support site teams by resolving design-related issues during execution.
• Keep updated with the latest façade design trends, sustainability practices, and innovative technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in façade design (experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and other façade design software.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems: curtain walls, unitized panels, cladding, glazing, louvers, etc.
• Understanding of structural principles, thermal performance, and waterproofing details.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within project deadlines.
• Experience with sustainable design and energy-efficient façade solutions is an added advantage.
