Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Facade Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing facade design solutions, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure accurate execution of facade systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop facade design concepts and technical solutions for projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and design documentation.
• Review architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure designs meet structural, performance, and aesthetic requirements.
• Support estimation and project teams with technical details.
• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4–10 years of experience in facade design or aluminum & glazing systems.
• Experience in curtain wall, cladding, skylights, and facade systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit / SolidWorks or similar software is a plus).
• Strong understanding of facade materials and construction methods.
• Ability to review and interpret architectural drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
