Façade Execution Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Steel Erection Site Engineer to manage and control steel structure erection works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in structural steel assembly, alignment, and bolting activities, ensuring smooth coordination between site teams, subcontractors, and project management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor all steel erection activities at site.
• Review and interpret fabrication drawings and erection plans.
• Supervise lifting, positioning, and alignment of steel members as per QA/QC requirements.
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, logistics, and safety teams to ensure work continuity.
• Check site readiness, materials, and equipment before execution.
• Maintain accurate daily progress reports, manpower logs, and safety records.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure adherence to project schedule.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in steel structure erection or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of rigging, lifting plans, bolting, and welding processes.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
