Façade QA/QC Engineer

Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring facade and building envelope works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards during fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement Quality Plans, ITPs, and Method Statements.
• Inspect curtain walls, cladding, glazing, sealants, and fixing systems.
• Monitor factory production and site installation quality.
• Conduct and witness performance tests (water, air, structural).
• Raise and close NCRs; maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams for inspections and approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of facade/building envelope experience.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, and glazing systems.
• Familiar with ASTM/BS/EN standards and QA/QC procedures.
