Introduction
The Financial & Accounting (F&A) Delivery Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the F&A service delivery processes, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely financial operations for our clients. This role requires strong leadership, process improvement skills, and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Your Role And Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of F&A professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Design, implement, and continually improve financial and administrative (F&A) service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and delivery, to align F&A processes with client requirements and business objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Monitor and analyze F&A service delivery metrics, identifying trends, and proposing improvements.

Manage budgets, forecast resource requirements, and allocate resources effectively.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in F&A service delivery.

Provide regular status updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.

Required technical and professional expertise

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial & Accounting service delivery, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of process improvement, project management, and team leadership.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
