FABRIC SOURCING MANAGER

Job description

Founded in 1993 in Istanbul, Pan-Ko specializes in producing high-quality men's and women's trousers. With focusing in innovation and technology, Pan-Ko manufactures and exports over 1.100.000 trousers annually from its 12.000 m² production facility. the production is in-house.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related fields, preferably Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the woven fabrics, with knowledge of export production or agency work, and strong problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer satisfaction focus as being a part of the team.

Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel.

Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.

No restrictions on international travel.

Job Description:

Fabric purchase planning according to firm orders, to deal the prices and delivery terms with fabric suppliers

Actively manage customer relationships, from order intake to shipment.

To ensure the quality of the fabric whether suitable for garment confection

To source alternative fabrics according to customer demand, making fabric research

data entry into the company’s Sentez ERP system,

Attend meetings with existing customers and if needed attend fabric fairs.

Work Location: Sancaktepe , Istanbul; shuttle service is provided from key locations at Asia side.
