Fabric Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

Location: Lahore
Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced and market-savvy Fabric Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrics, fabric qualities, local textile markets, suppliers, and pricing. The role primarily involves sourcing and purchasing fabrics for our company while ensuring the best quality at competitive rates.

Responsibilities

• Source fabrics, trims, and related materials from local markets and suppliers.
• Identify reliable vendors and build strong supplier relationships.
• Evaluate fabric quality, composition, weight, feel, shrinkage, and suitability for production.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.
• Compare multiple fabric options and recommend the best choice based on quality and cost.
• Ensure timely procurement according to production requirements.
• Maintain records of purchases, supplier details, and fabric quotations.
• Assist with basic office and administrative tasks during non-sourcing hours.
• Coordinate with production and design teams regarding fabric requirements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of fabrics and textile materials.
• Familiarity with Lahore fabric markets and sourcing channels.
• Ability to identify fabric qualities and potential quality issues.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Previous experience in fabric sourcing, purchasing, textile procurement, or a related role will be preferred.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
