Fabrication Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Steel Fabricator Foreman who can lead a team and be hands-on in fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of steel fabricators.
• Work hands-on to fabricate and install gates, handrails, doors and other metalwork.
• Read and follow technical drawings.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
• Make sure all work is done on time and meets quality standards.
• Coordinate with the project manager to solve technical issues on-site and in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication and installation.
• Strong hands-on experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
• Good leadership skills.
