Job Summary

The Fabrication Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating steel fabrication and site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to approved drawings and quality standards. The role involves managing manpower, materials, and equipment at fabrication yards and project sites across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day steel fabrication and site erection activities
• Read, interpret, and execute work as per approved shop drawings and method statements
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, QC, and safety teams
• Assign tasks to fabricators, welders, fitters, and helpers
• Ensure fabrication and installation works meet project specifications and quality requirements
• Monitor productivity and report daily progress to site management
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco / SABIC / Royal Commission or other client standards (if applicable)
• Enforce HSE policies and ensure safe working practices at all times
• Check materials, consumables, and tools availability before work execution
• Support inspection activities and rectification of NCRs if required
• Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and proper material handling at site
