Fabrication Manager

• Supervise and manage aluminum fabricators, welders, and workshop staff
• Plan, organize, and monitor aluminum fabrication works (windows, doors, curtain walls, cladding, structures, etc.)
• Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOQs
• Ensure fabrication work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain quality standards and conduct regular inspections of finished products
• Ensure proper use of aluminum profiles, accessories, and hardware
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams
• Control material wastage and maintain workshop discipline
• Ensure health & safety compliance in the fabrication workshop
• Train and guide fabricators to improve productivity and workmanship
• Resolve fabrication issues and provide technical solutions on-site and in the workshop
