We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Countertop Fabrication Shop Manager to lead our manufacturing and fabrication operations. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation to meet production deadlines.
• Oversee fabrication processes of quartz and natural stone products.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate fabrication.
• Implement quality control measures to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and promoting best practices in manufacturing.

Skills

• CNC programming and fabrication shop experience
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge for precise fabrication.
• Strong understanding of rigging procedures for lifting heavy components with cranes or forklifts.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential in fabrication tasks.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
