Fabrication Supervisor/ Manager

Summary

The ideal candidate for the Fabrication Supervisor position will be responsible for organising and supervising employees and activities within the fabrication section to ensure an effective and efficient fabrication operation that meets safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Daily duties may include the following activities:

• Supervise fabrication yard activities (fit up, welding and lifting).
• Look after fabrication yard installation operations.
• Coordinate and interface between fabrication/installation and pre-fabrication activities.
• Coordinate with other sections involved in the assembly stages.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Search for the most efficient technical solutions.
• Provide quantitative data for producing the progress reports.
  

Qualifications

• Must be a Mechanical Engineer.
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years of related UAE experience.
• AutoCAD knowledge is required.
• Must have supervised a team of fabricators.
