We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to join our high-tech team. As a leading contract manufacturer with some of the most modern equipment available, we need people who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in precision work.
Requirements:
What you’ll do:

Operate fabrication equipment such as punches, lasers, press brakes, CNC mills, and welding machines

Work with inspection tools and equipment to ensure quality (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, PCMM, etc.)

Assist in setting up jobs and running production parts

Help create and follow shop procedures to improve efficiency

Work with fixtures, tools, and jigs to support production
-
Participate in new part introductions and process improvements
How we’ll get you up to speed:

Hands-on training alongside experienced fabricators and technicians

Exposure to multiple departments to understand the full manufacturing process

One-on-one mentoring to learn machines, equipment, and shop practices
-
Access to official training (online and in-person) for specialized equipment or software as needed
Desired skills:
-
Comfortable using measuring tools and basic shop math (including trigonometry)
-
Able to read and follow technical drawings/blueprints
-
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, file management, basic data entry)
-
Willingness to split time between computer tasks and hands-on shop work
-
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
-
Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment
Optional (not required):

CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)
-
Programming experience (g-code, CNC, or basic coding)
-
Familiarity with 3D printing and other advanced manufacturing methods
-
IT or technical troubleshooting experience
