Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator to join our team in West Middlesex, PA. This is a union position offering competitive wages, benefits, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of structural steel projects. Candidates should be reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in steel fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications

• Lay out, measure, cut, and assemble structural steel components

• Operate fabrication equipment (saws, presses, shears, ironworkers, etc.)

• Perform MIG, Stick, and/or TIG welding as required

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications

• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Experience with welding and fabrication tools

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

Work Schedule:
We operate two shifts:

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday

• Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday
  (Overtime available based on workload)
