What You’ll Be Doing

• Fabricate and build components for agricultural & processing equipment
• Weld, grind, fit, and assemble custom systems
• Read and work from drawings/CAD designs
• Work both independently and with a team
• Help install and modify equipment in the field when needed

You’ll be turning ideas into real, working systems—not just parts on a line.

Travel (Occasional, Not Constant)

• About 2–4 trips per year
• Typically 1–2 weeks at a time
• Longer jobs = rotating crews (so you’re not gone too long)
• Includes per diem + overtime pay

What We’re Looking For

• ~3+ years of fabrication/welding experience
• Ability to read drawings and work accurately
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Someone who can work independently and on a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Valid driver’s license

Bonus if you have experience with processing or ag equipment—but not required.

Work Environment

• Mix of shop work and occasional field work
• Indoor fabrication + some outdoor work depending on project
• Fast-paced, hands-on environment

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, starting around 6:00am typically off by 2:30pm.
• Occasional overtime or weekends during busy seasons or travel jobs

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
