About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator Welder to join our workshop team. This is an all‑round role for someone who is confident with a range of welding processes and materials, and who takes pride in high‑quality fabrication – from reading drawings to cutting, bending, shaping, and finishing.

You will work on a variety of projects, so no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

· MIG, TIG, and stick (MMA) welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

· Fabrication – cutting, bending, shaping, forming using guillotines, press brakes, saws, grinders, and hand tools

· Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

· Working to high quality and safety standards

· Workshop‑based (some occasional site work may be available)

What We’re Looking For

· Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder – all‑round skills essential

· Confident with MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes

· Experienced with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

· Strong fabrication skills – cutting, bending, forming, working from drawings

· Reliable, punctual, and keen to secure a permanent role

· Based in or able to commute to Sheffield
