The Role

As a Night Shift Fabricator Welder, you will:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and weld plans

• Fabricate and weld structural steel components to tight tolerances

• Carry out MIG welding to a high standard

• Perform cutting, burning, grinding, and finishing operations

• Operate fabrication machinery, overhead cranes, and hand tools safely

• Inspect your own work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards

• Work closely with the night shift team to meet production targets

About You

• Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder

• Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes

• Competent in MIG welding

• Confident reading and working from engineering drawings

• Safety-focused, reliable, and detail-driven

• Comfortable working night shifts as part of a team
