Fabricator/Welder

• A Welder is responsible for joining metal parts together using different welding techniques. The main job is to cut, shape, and fuse metal to make or repair structures, machinery, tools, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
• Operate welding machines, torches, and other tools safely.
• Join metal parts using techniques like MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure strength and accuracy.
• Repair broken or damaged metal parts.
• Follow safety rules to prevent accidents and maintain a clean workplace.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of welding machines and tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safety procedures.
• Physical strength to handle heavy materials.
