Pay: $28 – $32 per hour (based on experience)

BA Steel is a growing steel fabrication company based in Baltimore, MD. We take pride in delivering high-quality work, precision craftsmanship, and reliable service to our clients. We’re looking to add a skilled Welder/Fabricator to our team who values safety, quality, and teamwork

You will be required to pass a written math/skills aptitude test and Weld.

Responsibilities

• Perform GMAW, FCAW, SMAW GTAW welding on steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble steel structures and components
• Operate fabrication equipment (grinders, saws, torches, etc.)
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metal properties
• Experience with layout, fitting, and assembly
• Certification(s) a plus but not required
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
• Reliable transportation
