Fabricator/Welder

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and welding, with proficiency in various tools and techniques. MUST KNOW HOW TO FIT AND WELD FOR THIS POSITION.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to fabricate metal parts
- Perform welding tasks using GMAW and FCAW processes
- Utilize handheld tools such as a plasma cutter, hand torch, and grinders. - Utilize handheld micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure precision.
- Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and material quantities
- Maintain weld machines using preventative maintenance methods. - Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Operate cranes and rigging equipment for material handling
- Rework and/or repair welded parts and products according to engineering specifications.

Experience:
- Previous experience in metal fabrication and welding
- Proficiency in GMAW and FCAW welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
