Facade, Architectural Inspector

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections of Facade, architectural works for compliance with drawings and specs.

• Check incoming materials and workmanship; document non-conformities in NCRs and inspection reports.

• Coordinate corrective actions with teams and contractors.

• Work with site engineers and QA/QC to maintain consistent quality.

• Keep detailed inspection logs, photos, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture or related; 7-8 years QA/QC or inspection experience in fit-out, interior, architectural.

• Familiar with Site inspections, WIR, Work Permits, shop drawings, Saudi Building codes, QCS, NFPA, IEC, and HSE regulations.

Proficient in MS Office and quality-management software; high attention to detail .
