Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facade BIM Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in facade BIM modeling, detailing, coordination, and construction documentation, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience
• Proven experience in facade BIM modeling, detailing, and coordination
• Proficiency in BIM software and workflows
• Strong understanding of facade systems, shop drawings, and construction documentation
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Currently based in the UAE
• Available to join within one week

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate facade BIM models
• Prepare facade shop drawings and construction documentation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and BIM standards
• Support project delivery through effective BIM coordination and clash resolution
