Facade Designer

• Use AutoCAD software to create 2D drafts for Shop Drawing packages related to facade/curtain wall projects and prepare material schedules.
• Support the preparation of facade tender packages.
• Oversee modeling efforts and maintain direct communication with Architects, Clients, Engineers, Project Leaders, etc., updating drawings as needed.
• Develop facade system details based on architectural sketches.
• Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliveries.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve any project-related issues that may impact documentation delivery.
• Manage internal document control for drawings.
• Review and assess design deliverables to ensure they are buildable and meet compliance standards, working closely with the client’s design team and specialized suppliers.
