Facade Designer

We are seeking an experienced Designer with a strong background in the Facade industry. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of facade systems and demonstrate proficiency across the following key areas:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed shop drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate effectively with system suppliers to ensure material compliance and availability.
• Generate fabrication drawings and cutting lists to support efficient production and installation.
• Ensure design outputs are in line with architectural intent, structural requirements, and project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams throughout the design and execution phases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Designer in the Facade or Curtain Wall industry.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks, or Rhino is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
