Facade Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facade Designer with at least 4 years of industry experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, detailing, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop façade design concepts in coordination with architects and consultants
• Prepare detailed façade drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings
• Perform façade system analysis including aluminum, glass, cladding, and curtain wall systems
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project management teams
• Review structural calculations and façade performance requirements (wind load, thermal, acoustic, etc.)
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
• Support procurement and installation teams during execution phase

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in façade design
• Strong knowledge of:
• Curtain wall systems
• Unitized & semi-unitized systems
• ACP cladding
• Glass & glazing systems
• Aluminum façade systems
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Revit (preferred)
• SolidWorks / Inventor (added advantage)
• MS Office
• Understanding of façade structural calculations and thermal analysis
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Experience

• Experience in high-rise commercial or mixed-use projects
• Knowledge of international façade standards (ASTM, EN, etc.)
• Experience with site coordination and installation supervision
