Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Façade Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative façade design solutions that meet project specifications, aesthetic goals, and performance requirements.

This role requires a strong balance of design creativity and technical expertise, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality façade systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative façade designs aligned with project requirements, budget, and architectural intent
• Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software
• Select appropriate materials and finishes based on durability, sustainability, and performance criteria
• Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and fabrication documentation
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor design implementation and quality
• Identify design challenges and provide practical, creative solutions
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs
• Support project coordination from concept through execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in façade design or architectural design

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and construction techniques
• Knowledge of aluminum, glass, curtain wall, and cladding systems
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and material performance
• Basic understanding of building physics and environmental performance

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
