Facade Draftsman

• Prepare detailed facade drawings using AutoCAD, Orgadata, or other CAD software.
• Create shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and setting-out plans.
• Translate architectural and engineering designs into production-ready drawings.
• Coordinate with facade engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Apply knowledge of facade systems such as aluminum, glass, ACP, GRC, stone, etc.
• Review project specifications, technical data, and architectural layouts.
• Maintain version control and drawing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
