Facade Engineer / Architect

We are looking for an experienced Facade Engineer / Architect for a monument facade project currently in grey structure phase. The project involves marble cladding, facade detailing, and elevation finishing on a large-scale monument structure.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop monument facade/elevation details
• Prepare marble cladding layouts and execution drawings
• Suggest suitable marble fixing systems (dry cladding/wet fixing)
• Design steel brackets, anchors, and facade support details
• Coordinate with site team and contractors
• Ensure facade safety, durability, and aesthetic quality
• Review existing structure for facade load compatibility
• Provide technical guidance during execution

Requirements

• Experience in facade design and marble cladding projects
• Strong knowledge of facade systems and elevation detailing
• Understanding of RCC structures and load considerations
• Ability to prepare shop drawings and technical details
• Experience with monument/commercial/exterior projects preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related software

Preferred

• Experience with dry marble cladding systems
• Site supervision experience
• Knowledge of stainless steel anchoring systems
